The essence of these words is the capacity and capability that allows us to accomplish something that is almost impossible though, only in the beliefs and how we perceive ourselves.

Behavioral science in terms of organization, known there are several self-perception. One of them is self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is one’s faith in its ability to solve a problem or task. High self-efficacy, encourage someone to increase his efforts in completing a difficult task and make it as a challenge which they must be mastered rather than as a threat that must be avoided. Conversely, someone with low self-efficacy always thought everything is difficult, beliefs like these can cause anxiety, stress, depression, and narrow-minded that it is difficult to resolve the issue properly.
